provided for our PC-Technician and PC-Diagnosys products at Price
List/Order Form. This order form can be printed, filled out, and sent to us for order
fulfillment via fax, mail, email or phone. Payment Terms and Shipping Options are shown below. |

Payment Terms |

- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check
with your order, or COD (CODs in the USA only; payment via money order
or cashier's check only).
- All amounts due Windsor Technologies are to be paid in
US Dollars. Checks must be drawn on a USA bank or a USA branch of an International bank.
- California State Sales Tax must be paid by all
nonexempt California residents at the San Rafael, CA rate of 7.75%. Only qualified CA
resellers and governmental agencies are exempt.
- Purchase Orders are acceptable only from current
corporate customers in good standing, and North American educational institutions and
governmental agencies.
- Volume, educational, and reseller discounts off of list
price are available upon request.

Shipping and Handling |

- STANDARD-USA via UPS Select Ground
(continental US destinations only):
- 3-day ground: $8.00 per product, or 2% of Product
Subtotal, whichever is higher.
- EXPEDITED-USA via UPS Air (continental
US plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico):
- 2-day air: $12.00 per product, or 2% of Product
Subtotal, whichever is higher.
- 1-day air: $25.00 per product, or 2% of Product
Subtotal, whichever is higher.
- NON-USA destinations are
shipped via
standard postal Air Mail:
- $15.00 per product. Depending upon
customs and your local postal service, please allow 7-21 days for
delivery.
- IMPORTANT: to keep the shipping charge
this low, we use standard postal Air
Mail for international shipments.
But it should be noted that standard postal Air Mail cannot be
tracked; nor can it provide proof of delivery. Thus, all shipments
are at your own risk.
- If shipping via standard postal Air
Mail does not suit you, special shipping arrangements via UPS or
FedEx are available on a quotation
basis.
- CODs - USA
destinations only:
- Add $5.00 per order to the shipping and handling
charges.
- Payment via money order or cashier's check only.
- FOB Point and Order Processing:
- All shipments are FOB San Rafael, California, USA.
- Normal order processing time is 1-2 days, plus shipping
time.
